CPI inTouch Web Control and Email/Text Notification Features

| Remote Arming/Disarming |
Arm/Disarm system remotely via the web or PDA. |
| System Status and
Summary of Recent Activity |
View an at-a-glance summary displaying the current system status and any recent activity at your property. |
| User Code Management |
Add/delete/edit user codes remotely, and track which users arm/disarm the system at what times. |
| Searchable 60-Day
Event History |
Search a 60-day history of events reported by the system, including alarms and other activity. Customize the
time frame of the search, and filter by device or event type. |
| Multiple Permission-Based
Web Logins |
Create different “sub-users” for the account and grant varying levels of permissions for each user to
view/change various settings. |
| Arming/Disarming |
Receive email/text notifications when the system is armed or disarmed. For armings/disarmings performed at
the panel, the event notification includes the name of the person whose user code was entered at the panel.
For armings/disarmings performed using a keychain remote, the notification indicates which remote
(e.g., John’s Keychain Remote) was used. |
| System Events |
Receive email/text message notifications for power failures, phone outages, panel low battery,
and other system events. |
| Alarms |
Receive email/text message notifications for any type of alarm reported by the system. Through the
web interface, customize which types of alarms result in notifications. Notification includes alarm
details, such as time, date, and type of alarm. (These automated alarm notifications are in addition
to and independent of the emergency response services provided by the CPI monitoring station.) |
| Arming Reminders |
Receive email/text message notifications if the system has not been armed by a particular time on a given day. |
| 24x7 Sensor Activity |
Receive email/text message notifications for non-alarm activity reported (e.g. closet doors, medicine cabinet,
gun cabinet and other sensors) when the alarm is disarmed. The CPI inTouch module reports all sensor and
system activity 24/7 to CPI, and CPI sends alerts to selected recipients from the user’s address book if it detects
user-defined activity. Users can specify certain times during which sensor activity should result in notification. |
| Sensor-Left-Open |
Receive email/text message notifications if a particular sensor is left open for an extended period during
specified time frames (e.g. receive an alert if a door, garage door, freezer door, cabinet or window, is left open
for more than a specified period of time). |
*R2 or S1 system is required along with a cellular inTouch gateway module. InTouch service fees are in addition to current CPI monitoring rates. Excessive signaling with advanced package
may incur additional charges. BlackBerry, iPhone and internet access not included. Carrier charges may apply for receiving text messages. Service may be updated or changed without notice.
