Official Rules and Regulations
Who can enter: The drawing is open to U.S. residents of North Carolina and South Carolina only. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter. The drawing is void where prohibited. Employees of CPI Security Systems are not eligible to enter.
How to enter: Any qualified person can enter the drawing which will be conducted between the dates of November 12th, 2009 through December 27th, 2009. All qualified entries will be treated equally. All information provided to CPI Security shall be the sole and exclusive property of CPI Security. Information will not be sold or sent to any other agents.

Entry Limits: Entrance is limited to one entry per household. All Entrants must provide accurate mailing address, and phone numbers to be eligible to win the drawing. By entering the drawing all Entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations, as posted, and all eligibility requirements. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Neither CPI Security nor any of its affiliates are responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect entry of information. This includes, but is not limited to, human error, lost data transmission or any other technical errors including line failures of any telephone, computer or networking equipment or any software. Any entries found to be tampered with or altered in any way will be void. CPI Security reserves the right to cancel and re-schedule the drawing at any time if the technical transmissions become corrupted or interrupted.
Selection of Winner: Drawing entries will be accepted from November 12th, 2009 through December 27th, 2009. The drawing winner will be chosen by a random drawing from all eligible entries on December 28th, 2009 by 10:00 AM EST. The Winner will be notified via the submitted email address, home phone, and/or alternative phone and will have until 5:00 PM EST on December 28th, 2009 to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond by December 28th, 2009 at 5:00 PM EST will result in the disqualification of the Winner and the selection of an alternate Winner. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries for the drawing received.
The Prize: The prize will be a package which includes: 1 night lodging in the Raleigh area, 2 Tickets to the NC State game at the RBC Center, 1 Gift Certificate for Dinner at Outback Steakhouse, an autographed basketball by one or more NC State players or coaching staff (to be chosen by NC State Sports Marketing), and an NC State Prize Pack. The Winner's right to their prize is nontransferable and non-salable. Each winner is solely responsible for transportation to the stadium and all food and other expenses related to the prize they have won.
General rules: By participating in the drawing, each Entrant agrees to release and hold CPI Security, and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Each Winner agrees, as a precondition for the receipt of any prize, to execute all releases and other documentation reasonably requested by CPI Security.
Each Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 1 day of acknowledged notification. By accepting the prize, each Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required in a timely fashion, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual that submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.
If, for any reason, the drawing is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of CPI Security which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the drawing, CPI Security reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing.
This drawing, and all promotions relating thereto, are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This drawing, and any promotions relating thereto, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and Regulations, are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and, by entering the drawing, each entrant submits to the personal jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina.
