CPI's headquarters is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This location is the operations center for Central Monitoring, Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Corporate Events. In addition to its headquarters, CPI has field offices in Raleigh, Hickory, Winston-Salem, and Asheville.

CPI has invested over nine million dollars to create the most advanced central monitoring station in the country, located in Charlotte North Carolina. Its only purpose is to serve CPI customers with the fastest response time while delivering the most accurate information to the authorities during a burglary, fire or medical emergency. CPI works closely with your local Carolina fire department, police department, and medical emergency providers to ensure your alarm is handled properly and the most accurate information is given to those that need it.

24-Hour Customer Care Department

Having a new house security system, as with any new equipment, can take some getting use to. That is why CPI's Customer Care Department is open day and night to help you with any questions or challenges you may have with your home alarm system. We can walk you through user instruction, schedule on-site service, answer billing questions and provide immediate technical support.

CPI "Service Plus" Program*

CPI Service Plus means you will never have to pay for a service call. Should you have an inoperable security system, CPI promises to make ourselves available within 24 hours to make the needed repairs to your security system. Learn more about CPI Service Plus.

Dedicated Installation Technicians

The CPI technician who installs your security system is a full-time, factory trained professional. They have all completed the most extensive training regiment in the industry. Currently CPI is able to answer an alarm, once the signal has reached our Central Station, on an average of less than 7 seconds. What does this mean to our customers? You get the fastest alarm response in the industry when you need it.

Pet Rescue Notification

Tell us about your pets! Many CPI employees are pet owners and understand how important they can be to your family. In the event of a fire, any CPI operator handling the alarm will be able to instantly access any information that you have provided us, including number and kind of pets residing in the house. CPI will notify the authorities of your pets so they have as much information as possible when arriving.
