Niner Food Drive | CPI Security

Here at CPI Security, we come to work and strive to make a positive difference in people’s lives. That’s the cornerstone of what we do here, whether it’s our Central Station operators who are always there for our customers in their times of need or our Residential Install Technicians who ensure our customers’ homes are protected.

Our work to make a difference isn’t over at the end of our workday. We believe in giving back to the communities we live in and serve. Recently, CPI Security employees came together to support children and families at the newly opened Niner University Elementary School by donating to their “Nutrition for Niners” food drive. In just one week, our employees donated over 1,000 healthy food options to these deserving K-2 students.

“Our community’s children are our future,” said Ken Gill, founder and CEO of CPI Security. “We are thrilled to partner with such an incredible program to ensure underserved children in our community have the tools and resources they need to succeed.”

Niner University Elementary at Amay James is a public school created and led by the education experts at UNC Charlotte with the mission of supporting each learner’s unique identity in a place where academic achievement, social development and happiness can thrive. This program is intended to support and meet the needs of underserved students, ensuring children in our community have access to a quality education. Niner University Elementary School opened this Fall with grades K-2, and it will continue to add grades each year until reaching its maximum of 300 students K-5.
